Terms & Conditions of Livelearning.eu
1.Area of application
1.1 The terms of use are valid for the Use of the Remote Information Service Operator simply referred to Livelearning.eu, Hornokrcska 9, CZ-Prague 4, represented by manager Sandra Bogarova. Livelearning.eu is operated on the website www.livelearning.eu.1.2 The contract is valid after clicking agree on the field before the registration process, or after receiving a conformation e-mail from Livelearning.eu, or, at the latest, upon the receipt of payment but no later than the collection of the fee. These Terms apply to the use of the Automated Remote Information Service Operator, the Livelearning.eu, Hornokrcská 9, CZ-Prague 4. Livelearning.eu is operated on the website at the URL http://www.livelearning.eu. .
2.Usage
2.1 The contract is personal and is also an indication of the Bank or Credit Card information, depending on the chosen method of payment. The user agrees to state truthfully and completaly both personal data, as well as the bank or credit card information and to communicate any changes to their personal data. For any incorrect information and the resulting effects the user is solely responsible.2.2 During the registration, the user is expected to confirm Terms & Condition and to agree that after the lesson he or she can be charged the quoted fee by entering their password and username to confirm the payment.
2.3 If the user fails to confirm the payment at the end of the lesson by entering password and username, then the provider the Livelearning.eu is entitled to charge the quoted fee after the lesson without the entered username and password.
2.4 The user is sent notification immediately after the Treaty agreement a notification in an electronic form with its access for the personal use of the lessons. A right to the contract does not exist.
3.Cancelation of the lesson
3.1 The user should cancel his contract 24 hours before the start of the lesson without giving reasons in writing (eg.email: sandrabogarova@gmail.com) or by telephone 00420602567391.4. Privacy
4.1 Livelearning.eu respects the privacy of its users. Personal data, which is collected during the registration process is processed electronically and used as indicated by the Privacy law.4.2 Livelearning.eu is entitled to use the information for the compilation of its statistics and trend detections.
4.3 In the case of fee-based services or services where Communication data is used as proof of the validity of the payee, information is stored in each case up to the the full invoice amount.
5. Perfomance Components of Livelearning.eu
5.1 Livelearning guarantees to provide live lessons during flexible business hours from 8 a.m until 10 p.m. The exception is a loss of the Internet connection of the provider of Livelearning.eu.5.2 In case of the loss of the Interent connection of Livelearning.eu, Livelearning.eu is entitled to replace the booked lesson at another time upon communication with the client.
5.3 In case of the loss of the Internet connection of the user, the provider the Livelearning.eu is entitled to charge the fee and replace a lesson upon communication with the user.
6.User obligation
6.1 During the registration, the user should include accurate and complete information for the relevant payment (eg Bank account,credit card) if the information should be incorrect and, therefore, a recovery of fees to Livelearning.eu for any of the underlying reasons fail or there is a chargeback,then users pay all associated costs.6.2 Livelearning.eu is regulated for the use of a password. The user undertakes to keep secret his access to the particular password and to store the user password carefully. Password, and possibly additional access codes may not be divulged. Each user is responsible for all activities under his access and liable for any possible unauthorized use of their user accounts.
7. Fee and other fees
7.1 The user fee is apparent from the relevant price information in the Quote. The User is liable for the payment of the fee according to the contract to Livelearning.eu and for other identified additional rates and fees via credit card debit depending on the choice of the user due to whatever insufficient or inaccurate information is provided by the user. When confirming the contract of the specified payment method.7.2 If the collection of claims fails arising from a User's underlying reason, the user of the Livelearning.eu is responsible to cover the resulting additional costs, particularly the Back load fees.
